IONA House
The IONA House Food Pantry is located at 315 Claiborne Avenue in Jackson. It is open on Fridays 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Volunteers age 12 and up are needed on Fridays to check-in and complete client certifications and assist with food distribution. Volunteers are also needed on Thursdays 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. for food pick up, stocking shelves and cleaning. Food donations are also appreciated. Items for donation can be placed in the basket outside the church office. A list of needed items are shown below and ways to financially support IONA House can be found the Bulletin and Cantor weekly.
